Wamala Growers Cooperative Union is a Cooperative registered under the Cooperative Act of Uganda with 168 Primary Growers Cooperative Societies.
The Union deals in the production and marketing of mainly coffee and maize.
It also undertakes capacity building of the Primary Growers Primary Societies through its Cooperative Extension programmes to ensure good farm practices, post-harvest handling, and access to quality inputs for better yields and quality safe food.
The Union adds value through coffee processing factories and maize milling.
